Booking Terms & Conditions

 

General Booking Terms

  • You will be allocated a specified amount of time for your service. Any additional time required outside of this will be charged at an hourly rate.

  • Services are provided and quoted per-person. If you require more services for extra people this will be charged separately.

  • Your booking will only be confirmed once your initial booking fee has been received.

  • Booking fees vary depending on the service being provided.

  • Initial booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Travel costs are calculated based on $80 per hour and are not included in the service cost unless specified.

  • Parking is not included in any service unless specified and it is the responsibility of the client to provide adequate parking arrangements for load in/load out of equipment and for the duration of the appointment. If your service is at a hotel, valet parking must be arranged.

  • Depending on the number of services you require, I may engage the assistance of other HMUA or stylists to complete your booking within the allocated time frame. Their cost will be incorporated into your quote and account and you will receive one invoice.

  • Your full account will be due to be paid:

    • 2 weeks prior to your wedding day for all bridal bookings.

    • Day of service for all other bookings.

  • An early morning fee of $100 will be applied to bookings before 7am.

  • Direct transfer is my preferred method of payment however cash and credit card is also available.

  • Where possible, please provide any inspiration imagery of your desired look for reference I have a wide range of images available on my instagram @leighmccoy_

Cancellations & Refunds

Bridal Cancellations:

Should the unforeseen happen and you are required to cancel your wedding and booking with me, you will be required to pay 50% of your final invoice if you cancel more than 90 Days from your original date.

If you are required to cancel your wedding within 1 month of your date I reserve the right to invoice the full invoice amount. 

If your wedding is canceled due to a COVID-19 LOCKDOWN and CANNOT proceed on your chosen date, I may be able to accommodate a change of date if your future date is available.

If COVID-19 affects your wedding by either reduced numbers or closed borders BUT can still proceed, my normal terms and conditions apply.

*If you book an alternative date where I am not available, you forfeit the $200 booking fee only. 

All other cancellations:

If you cancel your service within 24 hours of your booking full rates apply.

Safety Information & COVID-19

All aspects of your booking will be carefully managed to ensure your peace of mind and the health and safety of you and your party which includes elevated hygiene and sanitation standards that are in line with those required in the beauty industry during this time.

Should you have any symptoms I please ask that you contact me immediately so that we can discuss your booking.

In the event that I contract COVID-19 and are unable to complete your booking personally, I will organise one of my own artists of the same skill and aesthetic to look after you on your special day.
